Genre: Fluff, Drama, Romance
Rating: PG-13,

Length: Part 8/?

Summary: Jaejoong is seventeen, living in Japan with his parents and his eight older sisters. His grades in school are excellent and he wants to be a singer after he graduates. Yunho is his boyfriend, a tall, tan, handsome boy whom he loves with his entire heart. They are perfect for each other, the perfect couple... the only problem is that Yunho lives in an entirely different country, Korea, and they have never actually met in person.

"Who do you think you are? Leaving your family behind like that. Don't you see how much they love you? She was crying for you, you're her baby. Don't you know that? She's going to confide at home, with her heart breaking in her chest. All because you left to follow your heart, to go to a different country. To live with family you haven't seen in years. To go to a school you've never been to, experience the gnawing fear of rejection and embarrassment as you take your first step in front of all of those judgmental staring eyes. Can't you almost touch the struggle you're going to have to endure. The constant phone calls from mom, the concern you can hear as she asks you if you're safe, eating well, happy? Can you take it?

A bittersweet feeling clustered in Jaejoong's stomach as he watched out the tiny plane window. He was really doing this, taking a giant leap of faith and falling into unknown territory. Hopefully into Yunho's awaiting arms. It sounded like something from an unrealistic fairy tale, this whole journey and the hopeful happy ending to it all. How likely were the chances of that, though? One in a million?

What if he takes one look at me and backs out of the whole thing? Even if he wants me then, what if farther down the road he realizes I'm disgusting? I'll have come all this way to be broken hearted. That does sound like my luck though. I think this was a bad decision. Jaejoong felt his stomach drop, his palms becoming clammy as he pressed a sticky hand to his forehead. What am I doing on this plane? He reached down to pull at the seat belt keeping him in his seat. With fidgety fingers he finally managed to release the lock and free himself. Jaejoong stood and clumsily made his way down the short aisle of other agitated passengers to the narrow walkway. He made a bee-line to the airplane bathroom.

His entire stomach continence emptied out into the tiny toilet bowl. He heaved over the germ ridden surface and tears pricked at the back of his eyes. Jaejoong couldn't tell if it was because of his overwhelmingly mixed emotions or the pain in his stomach, but he wanted it to stop.

There was a soft knock at the door and a friendly voice that followed. "Is everything alright, hun?"

Guess everybody heard that. Jaejoong groaned, standing up to rinse his face and mouth free of vomit. After a quick mirror inspection he cracked open the bathroom door slowly and peered out to see if anybody was staring in his direction. A young Flight attendant stood about three feet away from him with a look of genuine concern. Jaejoong smiled politely at her and nodded. "I'm okay, just a little air sickness is all."

"Would you like anything to drink?" She questioned before moving to the side and letting him pass.

"Some water is all." Jaejoong answered back as he found his way back to his seat. He picked up his satchel and pulled out a much needed pack of breath mints.

~~~
Lack of sleep the night before had allowed Jaejoong to catch a few Zzz's during the plane ride. He woke just before the pilot came over the speaker informing all passengers that the plane was about to descend. He hadn't been on a plane since he was small, so it was kind of like an all new experience for the blonde haired teenager. He felt trapped against the back of his seat as the plane made it's way down to his destination and fear clutched at Jaejoong's insides. He kept reminding himself that it was his own family waiting for him to take him to their home. He didn't have to see Yunho until he was good and ready.
Will I ever be ready?
It felt like an eternity, but at last they arrived and Jaejoong couldn't calm his nerves or settle the constant churning in the pit of his stomach. He watched silently out the window as the plane slowed to a stop and he was finally back in Korea, a place he hadn't intended to come back to for a long time. Korea was nice, he held no harsh feelings, but Junsu was the only person he felt worth coming back for, and he hadn't thought about the younger boy in ages. Korea was in his past, Japan was his life, his future.
Yunho though... The things that being in love can make a person do.
All of the other passengers rose from their seats, but Jaejoong sat planted in his own. He intended on staying that way until everyone else started moving towards the exit. It felt like a whole eternity more before they started collecting their carry-ons and luggage and pushing and shoving each other out of the way to get off the plane sooner. Jaejoong waited until a majority of the other passengers had gone on their way before he stood from his seat, quickly grabbing his belongings and heading towards the exit.
The airport was huge. Jaejoong stared wide-eyed at the tall ceilings and shops and cafes that lined the path to baggage claim. It was far too long of a walk and he felt exhausted by the time he reached, hardly left with enough energy to scout out his family. His eyes scanned the large expansive area, searching every face for familiarity. Nothing.
Jaejoong sighed and decided to switch his focus to finding his bags. Only a few minutes passed and he shuffled a short distance away from baggage claim to find a welcoming seat nearby. Just as he turned to sit down in the big comfy chair, Jaejoong caught a glimpse of a short, semi-spiky haired individual running towards him at full velocity. He smiled.
Haven't changed a bit, Junsu-yah~
"Jaejoong!" Junsu wailed, throwing his arms around Jaejoong's neck and pulling him close. Jaejoong nearly lost his balance, but he returned the hug with just as much enthusiasm. "I've missed you! How was your flight? You've changed allot, Jaejoong-ah. Are you hungry? I bet you're really tired!" The younger barraged him with questions before even pulling away from the hug.
The blonde laughed as his aunt smiled and pulled him into a just as equally enthusiastic hug. "We've missed you, Jaejoong." She whispered softly close to his ear and he wrapped his arms tightly around her. He didn't realize he really missed them so much. As they pulled away from the hug, Jaejoong's uncle reached out to ruffle his hair. "Missed ya kid." He smiled and nodded politely at Jaejoong.
To Jaejoong's delight, they quickly turned to head for the exit. He felt so drained, just wanted to collapse in a soft bed and drift off to sleep, but he knew what was standing in his way of that. Food, much needed food. He'd thrown up everything that he had been able to put down before getting onto the plane, and his stomach gurgled with anticipation for his next meal. Jaejoong knew that there was no way he would be able to nap in the car on the drive home, not with somebody like Junsu mere inches away from him.
"Did you get any sleep on the plane?" Junsu inquired as soon as they took their seats in the four door shiny black SUV. Jaejoong nodded, "A little bit, I was sort of nervous about seeing all of you again. It's been so long."
"Too long." Junsu's mom added from the passenger seat. She looked back at Jaejoong and smiled. "You really haven't changed, do you know that? You're still as handsome as you ever were, if not more so."
"Ahh," Junsu cried, voice so high pitched Jaejoong flinched back against his seat. "Mom, how come you never tell me things like that? I'm handsome too, right? Just as good looking as him, right?"
She laughed, genuinely amused by her son's antics. She turned to face the road again, scoffing at Junsu, but with a soft smile on her lips. "You're adorable, sweetheart. Just so cute, you could never be handsome in my eyes. That term is used for men, and you will always be my baby."
Junsu frowned and turned to look out of his window. "Aish, cute huh?" He muttered under his breath, but Jaejoong could tell he wasn't really all that upset. In all the years he'd known Junsu, his whole life, he had never seen the boy be anything other than optimistic. A smile found it's way to Jaejoong's lips and he turned to watch the cars pass by out of his own window. The rest of the car ride home was mostly silence, much to Jaejoong's grateful surprise. He caught a few moments of sleep, between Junsu's nudges and the cold emotionless voice of the GPS leading him to food and sleep.
~A/N: I KNOW, it's so short and not what any readers of this fanfiction deserve, but I felt like it was good place to cut this part. I am writing the next part right now. I can't promise that it will be done today, but I'm going to try my best so.. :D Please leave some of your thoughts, do you like where this story is going? Is it interesting? What do you hope for to happen next? Ahhh, I'm excited for the next part! It will no doubt be my favorite part to write :)
